Do I need a consultation?+
I never treat without a proper consultation first, which is why it’s built into every appointment so there’s nothing extra to book. If you’d rather talk things through separately beforehand, a consultation can be booked on its own too.
Will I still look like myself?+
That is the point. I build every plan around facial harmony and tailored enhancement that looks polished rather than overdone.
Where is the clinic?+
I’m based inside Skin Clinic MCR at Waters Edge Business Park on Modwen Road in Salford, Greater Manchester, M5 3EZ. Full directions are available on the contact page and in every booking confirmation.
How do deposits and cancellations work?+
A £15 deposit secures your appointment. If you give at least 48 hours’ notice, I’ll move your deposit to your new appointment. With less notice, the deposit is lost. If I need to cancel, or you’re not suitable for treatment at your consultation, your deposit is refunded.
Are treatments 18+?+
Yes. I provide the injectable aesthetic treatments shown here for adults aged 18 and over, with ID and suitability checks where needed.
Do laser treatments need a patch test?+
Yes, patch testing and suitability are confirmed before I start a laser course. I’ll give you the correct preparation window for your appointment.
Does treatment hurt?+
I’ll explain what to expect during your consultation, including any comfort measures that are suitable for your chosen treatment.
How long do filler results last?+
Longevity varies with the product, area, metabolism and lifestyle. I’ll set realistic expectations and explain when a review may be appropriate.
What if I’m not happy after treatment?+
Please contact me promptly so I can understand what has happened and advise on the safest next step. A review is part of thoughtful aftercare.
